We're hiring a Head of Growth and Operations to help accelerate the expansion of swsh! We aim to drive rapid growth while building a solid operational foundation.

💻 WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Lead team management and recruiting for expansion in the Greek Life market
• SDR and Account Executive for Music Festivals, Artists, Sports Networks and other verticals
• Manage high school initiatives and other new market opportunities
• Create compelling pitches and develop strategic partnerships
• Design attention-grabbing campaigns and growth experiments
• Build operational infrastructure: contracts, tools, hiring, and finances
• Work directly with CEO of swsh
