About the Role

We're hiring an Operations Lead to build the internal engine that lets swsh scale — without losing the speed that's gotten us here.

This role is 50% internal ops + systems and 50% campaign / activation ops. Work directly with the co-founders to design systems, automations, and AI workflows that run our internal company. Run on-the-ground operations that make a Live Nation tour, a WNBA activation, or a Rolling Loud festival actually go off without a hitch.
