• You are a junior designer with experience in end-to-end product design and a passion for building user experiences that matter.
• You’ve worked on iOS and web products and can design interfaces that are both functional and delightful.
• You enjoy taking on side projects for fun and are always looking for new ways to improve your design skills.
• You can take a problem statement and lead it through the entire design process — from user research and concept development to prototyping and working closely with engineering for handoff.
• You're based in New York City and available for in-person collaboration with our team.
• You understand the value of product-led growth and how design plays a critical role in driving user adoption and retention.
• You regularly host events and plan gatherings for your friend group.
